Built Around a Simple Conviction
Phượng Minh was established in Hanoi by a group of analysts and strategists who had spent years working alongside Vietnamese businesses during periods of growth and transition. Through that work, a pattern emerged: leaders often made consequential decisions with incomplete or poorly organized information.
That observation became a purpose. Rather than offering broad advisory services across every possible business challenge, we chose to do a small number of things thoroughly — competitor analysis, expansion planning, and governance development — and to do them with care.
Our name, Phượng Minh, carries meaning that reflects our intent. The phoenix — a symbol of resilience and careful renewal — paired with clarity. We exist to help organizations see more clearly before they move forward.
